What does "research use only" mean?
Every product is a laboratory reference standard for in-vitro research only. Not for human or veterinary use; not a drug, food, supplement, cosmetic, or medical device. Not evaluated by the FDA.
Who can order?
You confirm you are at least 21 and a qualified researcher, or authorized to buy on behalf of a research institution. That attestation is recorded with every order.
Is a Certificate of Analysis available?
Yes. Every lot is matched to a third-party COA covering identity and purity. Search the COA Library by product name or lot number and download any certificate, before or after ordering.
Can you advise on preparation or use?
No. We do not provide preparation, handling, or application instructions, and cannot address use in or on humans or animals. See the product page and its COA for specifications; for handling, consult the applicable safety data sheet.
How do I pay?
Choose a method at checkout (Venmo) and send the order total directly. Email a payment screenshot to as proof. Your order is reserved and ships once payment clears. No card is charged on the site.
How does shipping work?
Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with carrier tracking. Options, timing, and regions are in the Shipping Policy. Tracking appears on your account and the Track page once a label is created.
What is the return policy?
Returns are limited by the nature of the products. See the Refund & Returns Policy for the conditions and the return window.
How do I track an order?
Sign in for order history and status, or use the Track page with your order number and the email on the order.
